Common seller questions
Who adds products to Ana Cart?
For now, the Ana Cart team reviews the product information and creates or updates customer-facing listings through the controlled admin process. A product is never published automatically from a call request or application.
What should I have ready?
Product name, pack size, clear images, supply rate, dispatch time and stock availability are useful for the first review. Food sellers also need a valid FSSAI number for formal onboarding.
How are payment and dispatch terms decided?
They are confirmed with each suitable supplier before activation. The agreed order, invoice, payment and direct-dispatch process is recorded before a listing goes live.
Can I start with Kerala delivery only?
Yes, where the product, supplier records and applicable compliance allow it. Ana Cart can set delivery coverage product by product; it does not need to be the same for every listing.
Do I need GST before I contact Ana Cart?
You can request a call without GST details. The correct selling territory, tax process and documents are reviewed before any product is activated. Food products still require valid FSSAI details for formal onboarding.
