How Ana Cart Works

Ana Cart is an online retail platform operated by Ana Tech Technology Solutions. We make it easier to discover selected products, see clear buying information and place orders through one customer-support point. 1. Product information and price Each Ana Cart product page is intended to show the product name, available pack or variant, current selling price, stock status and delivery information before checkout. Customers should review the selected variant, address and final order total before placing an order. 2. Order and payment After an order is placed, Ana Cart records the order and coordinates confirmation, payment and customer communication. Online payments are handled by the selected payment provider; Ana Cart does not store card, UPI or net-banking credentials. The customer receives an order confirmation and, where applicable, the tax invoice generated for the sale. 3. Fulfilment and dispatch Products may be fulfilled from Ana Cart-controlled stock or dispatched directly by an approved supplier, depending on the product’s fulfilment arrangement. For supplier-direct fulfilment, Ana Cart coordinates the supplier purchase order and the related operational documents after order confirmation. Direct supplier dispatch does not change Ana Cart as the customer’s support contact. 4. Delivery, tracking and support Once dispatch information is available, tracking details are shown through Track Order where applicable. If there is a cancellation, delivery or product issue, use Track Order with the order number and delivery phone so that Ana Cart can review the request and coordinate the appropriate response. 2. ഓർഡറും പേയ്മെന്റും

ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ചാൽ Ana Cart അത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി confirmation, payment, customer communication എന്നിവ ഏകോപിപ്പിക്കും. Online payment തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ അംഗീകൃത payment provider വഴിയാണ് ഇടപാട് നടക്കുന്നത്; card, UPI, net-banking വിവരങ്ങൾ Ana Cart സംഭരിക്കില്ല. ബാധകമായിടത്ത് customer tax invoice ലഭിക്കും.

3. പാക്കിംഗും dispatch-ഉം

ഉൽപ്പന്നത്തിന്റെ fulfilment arrangement അനുസരിച്ച് Ana Cart നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്ന stock-ൽ നിന്നോ, അംഗീകൃത supplier-ൽ നിന്നോ dispatch നടക്കാം. Supplier-direct dispatch ആയാലും customer support-നുള്ള പ്രധാന ബന്ധപ്പെടൽ Ana Cart തന്നെയായിരിക്കും.

4. ഡെലിവറി, tracking, support

Dispatch വിവരങ്ങൾ ലഭിച്ച ശേഷം ലഭ്യമാകുന്നിടത്ത് Track Order വഴി tracking കാണാം. Cancellation, delivery, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ product issue ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ order number-ഉം delivery phone number-ഉം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Track Order വഴി request നൽകുക. Ana Cart അത് പരിശോധിച്ച് ആവശ്യമായ ഏകോപനം നടത്തും.
