By browsing, registering, placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this site. Orders and product information Product photographs, descriptions, pack sizes, availability and prices are presented in good faith. Minor differences in packaging, colour, batch, label or appearance may occur. Please review the product, variant, pack/measure, delivery address and total payable amount before placing your order. Orders are subject to stock availability, serviceability, payment approval and applicable law. We may decline, cancel or place an order on hold where there is a genuine stock, pricing, fraud, payment, address, compliance or operational issue; where payment has been captured, any applicable refund will be handled under the Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. Pricing, tax and payment Prices, delivery charges, discounts and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Obvious technical or typographical pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate. Online payments are processed by the selected payment partner. Ana Cart does not store card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Customer responsibilities You must provide accurate, complete and current billing, delivery and contact information, and must be authorised to use the chosen payment method. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false requests, create fraudulent orders, or use the service for an unlawful purpose. The recipient should inspect the parcel promptly and retain the packaging if there is a delivery issue. Intellectual property and liability Site content, branding, text, images and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially used without written permission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ana Cart is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, carrier delays, events outside reasonable control, or inaccurate customer-provided information.
